Cannot install TeeChart - online registration failed

Hello,

I'm registered user of TeeChart VCL Professional 8.

I have just tried to install the version 8.08 into RAD Studio 2007 from the binary installer TeeChart8.08Delphi2007.exe, but the online registration failed. I don't have a clue as to what could be the cause, because I am pretty sure that I have entered proper credentials.

I'm really frustrated. What can I do in order to be able to just install the software I already payed for?
