TeeChart v2011 vs. Rad Studio XE

Re-iterating a request to fix a serious problem:

As others have reported, this install causes AVs at runtime. This happens because old TeeChart files are not removed from the Rad Studio libraries during installation, and the project is including / linking in old files. In my case, the problem only exists in Win7-64. My XP-64 machine, with same installation, does not show this problem.

Other users determined that the problem can be fixed by re-ordering the include / lib folders in Tools / Options so the new TeeChart folders are listed first. Another user found it easier to remove / rename these files: Chart.dcu Series.dcu GanttCh.dcu in the Rad Studio libs without re-ordering the include / lib folders. I did the latter, and also deleted all old TeeChart files from Rad Studio folders.

Hope this is fixed soon, before another update.

As told here, we'll consider to create a cleaning tool to try to remove or backup all the possible residual files from previous TeeChart installations.
