TeeChart Language in ReportBuilder

Hi again,

I don't know if you monitor old threads so I put this in a new thread.
When using TeeCHart in ReportBuilder, is it possible to set the language in a similar way to what is described in this thread http://www.teechart.net/support/viewtopic.php?p=36154
That is, if I drop a TeeChart component on a report in design view, I'd like the editing chart dialog to be in a specific language. How can I accomplish that?
