I am sorry if I am misunderstanding something, but which *.bat file are you referring to?

I do not have this file, although I understand that I would need to change the paths according to where lazarus was installed in my system.

Narcís, is there an e-mail address I could use to contact you directly?

I have checked that the zip package I sent contains teechart.lpf and compile.bat files. It could be that the BAT file is blocked by an antivirus or something similar. I'll upload the file to our server and send you the URL.

Still, I have not received any .ZIP package from you. I assume you mean you sent by e-mail, right?! Yeah... I double checked and I never received any e-mail from you or from Steema in the last two weeks.

I had already sent both e-mails to your e-mail address, which is the one you have at your forums profile. It may have been trapped in GMail's spam folder or even worse, GMail may not allow sending *.bat files as it does with *.exe, *.vb, etc. See here:

Yes, your e-mail was sent to the spam folder by GMail. Sorry for not checking that folder. Anyway, I got your file.

I tried to install TeeChart 8.02 on Lazarus v0.9.24, using FPC 2.2.0 for Win32, and no success.

The first problem is that "TeeChart.pas" is not installed with the source code for TeeChart 8.02.

Another issue is that I do not have "%lazarus%\pp\", which is listed in the *.bat file you sent me. I just sent you a *.jpg file showing the folder tree in my lazarus installation.

It would be great if you could help me locate the TeeChart.pas and explain me about the misterious "%lazarus%\pp\".

Hi Thiago,

I've checked that with my colleagues and they told me TeeChart no longer works using latest Lazarus version. They seem to have changed something that broke it. We haven't been able to find a solution so far. With previous Lazarus versions you should be able to use it.

I think that versions previous to 0.9.24 from November 2007 should work fine.

Is there an estimated date to the release of a new updated version TeeChart (or at least the installation) with support for newer versions of Lazarus?

We expect to have a new version out very soon but I'm afraid it won't include any enhancement in the Lazarus field since we haven't found a solution to existing problems.
