LabelsExponent shows wrong Labels (10E2 <> 10²)

Setting LabelsExponent to TRUE and chose an AxisValuesFormat with exponent (eg. '00e0') results in wrong labels :

1000 = 10E2
10E2 = 10*10²
10*10² <> 10²
10*10² = 10³

I created a short test program. If you want i can send it to you.
