I am runing Teerecompile.exe and getting the following message: any advise!!!

Hi Kostas,

I guess this means that TeeRecompile is trying to uninstall the TeeChart version shipped with RAD Studio 2007 to install the new version but it doesn't have access to the specified folder to backup TeeChart v7.09 Standard packages (version shipped with RAD Studio 2007).

Are you running TeeRecompile as an administrator user?

Thanks for your response.
That is correct. TeeRecompile is trying to uninstall the TeeChart version shipped with RAD Studio 2007 to install the new version but it gives me error messages with the unistall.

I think I am an administarator, but will check withour IT officer. If still problems I will come back to you.

Hi Kostas,

Which operating system are you using? If you are using Windows Vista you may need to righ-click on TeeRecompile.exe and select Run as Administrator.
