Dear All,

as a matter of fact I am about to receive a copy BC++ 2007.
I wonder what the outcome if this will be for the TeeChart and QReport components and their integration.
Of course unless there is a major problem with another component we will switch straight from C++Builder 6 to BC++ 2007 skipping entirely 2006.

Hi Kevin,

Sorry for the delay on this issue but we needed some time to look into this.

We have sent you a beta version of TeeChart v8 packages for QuickReport v4 and C++ Builder 2006. If you are using v7 you'll have to change v8 TeeChart package references to v7.

Sent packages compile and install fine in the specific machine we used for testin (ie: local paths are hard-coded inside the packages). You'll need to fix the paths to your local folders.

The problem with QR4 C2006 installer is it does not copy the runtime packages to \windows\system32. The solution is the user must manually copy QR4RunC2006.bpl file to \windows\system32 and after that, recompile TQRChart packages.

We would also appreciate your feedback on the issue.
