I changed a property that made the "bar group" labels (i.e. "Isonic", "Company 3", & "Test") appear above and below the grid. I want them to only appear below the grid. Here is the grid i am speaking of:

Hi ISD,
This is because you have to make your chart only display the bottom axis for the first series or set the top axes to display the numeric values instead of the labels. You'll find more information on how to do that at Tutorial 4 - Axis Control. Tutorials can be found at TeeChart's program group.
