Cannot load package 'TeePro7C6.' it contains 'Teeurl,'

C++ Builder6, QR4.6
Also installed QRDesign (working normal)
I have conducted a hunt and destroy mission for anything *Tee*.
I have Downloaded TeeChart 7.07 full source code.
Tried everything I know (been suffering packages since Builder 1)

I still get "Cannot load package 'TeePro7C6.' it contains 'Teeurl,' which is also contained in package 'DclTee7C6'.
What "contains" am I missing and from which package?

Thanks. I removed all traces of TeeChart from my machine again. Reloaded the source code, then reinsatlled TeeChart.
I Then Swapped QrTee.pas from the source code ( to avoid the shimmy issue which I started out with) and swapped the Quick report files to ver 4.6 .
Rebuilt and installed Ok
Must have missed something in the first try.
