PaperRect Property

Theres a PaperRect property, does anyone know how to use it? I dont see anything in the docs or the tutorials on it.

Can I set to print 11x17 paper with this. Thats what I need to accomplish.

PaperRect is not used to define printer page (see my reply to "11x17" question).
