Index error in MarksTipTool

There is an error in the MarksTipTool.
The MarksTip are displayed wrong. The MarksTip value for X=1 displayes the value for X=0 and so on.

Create a Standard TChart. Add 2 LineSeries in 2D. Add a MarksTipTool.

Hi Troels,

It works fine for me here using v7.07/v7.08 which is the latest version available at the client area. If you click the segment from Point1 to Point2 you'll see that this segment displays the Point1 value. However, when you reach Point2 it displays Point2 value. You'll see this more clearly if you set the series pointers to visible.
