Teechart 7 for Quickreport Package loading problem in Delphi

Hello,

I am using Delphi 6 enterprise edition with the latest Updates SP2 and RTL3. I have Quickreport V4.06 installed as well

I installed TeechartPro V7.1 and used the Recompile module to compile all Teechart Packages into the IDE automatically. This has been OK.

The only problem is when trying to add the package
'Teechart 7 for Quickreport'

I am getting the following error message :

'Cannot Load Package 'qrpt60' It contains unit 'QREnvEd' which is also contained in package 'QR4RUND6'

Can you help me please

Hi pateid,

This is because you need to update TeeChart 7 for QuickReport packages to your current QR version following the instructions on that article.

Also notice that to use TeeChart v7 in Delphi 6 you need to install all Delphi available updates. Which includes Update Pack 2, RTL Update 2 and RTL Update 3. Please bear in mind that RTL updates are not cumulative so that you need to install both.
