Print proportional

hi,
I have a problem with the print module of TeeChart. I found it by printing a graph with x-axis proportional to y-axis.

When I print a trace with width > height, the graph is well printed. To be sure I measured on the printed sheet the ratio in centimeters between height and width , and of course the ratio equal 1.

But when I print a trace with width < height, the graph is not well printed. When I measure on the printed sheet the ratio in centimeters between height and width , I do not found 1 !

Any idea of the problem ?

Hi franckgar,

I've been able to reproduce that but the difference is about 2%, is that the difference you get? We will look to it closely to see if we find any error that can be fixed for future versions.

yes, this is the difference I found. Of course it is not a big error but for my customers it could generate misunderstanding of their results.

Thanks for your confirmation. This issue (TV52011012) is already listed on our defect list to be fixed for future releases.
