Chart rotating problem

(Win XP, MFC9, VC++)

I am trying to add TeeCommander tool, and test each functions..

But I have a problem rotating a chart.

When I clicked Rotate Button and dragged, the garph got larger though I did not mean it.

How can I fix it?
