Installation successful on HP laptop, TeeChart does not work

Hello, my company has been using the TeeChart product for many years. Our applications are proven and we have had no problems up until this point.

Recently a client purchased some new HP Laptops running Windows XP SP2. They install the TeeChart ActiveX control just as normal as we always have done, however the chart does not appear. An example of what is expected is below;

Is there some type of security setting or local policy setting that is preventing access to the ActiveX control from my application?

Hi,

What kind of app is (desktop, web app.) ?
In case it's a desktop application, it should work as before. Seeing at the image the problem seems to be related with the registration of the ocx control. Seems like the app cannot find the clsid into the regedit of its pc, make sure that the pc where the problem is happening have the TeeChart ocx control correctly registered. You can also try to unregister and register again manually (just to be sure).

In case it's a web application the problem could be related with the security settings which can be changed through each browser.
