Web Server Window Nt Crash

Dear Sir,

We just upgrade from teechart Avtivex 5 to Version 7.
We register version 7 on the server (Window NT). It works for one day then the next day, each time we generate .tee file (on the server from asp) the server crash.
Is there any reason why the new version 7 make crash the server?
do you think we have to unregister version 5 before we register version 7 or the new version does not support window Nt

Which exact v7 are you using and which O.S. does your server run?

Hi Narcis,

We just bought the TeeChart Pro ActiveX version 7 (three weeks ago).
and the sever is Window NT 4.0 (service Pack 6)

Hi sam,

what happens when the server crashes ? Does it happens any error ? Both versions can be registered on the same server with no problems, but you must be sure that the asp pages reference to the new one.
