At C:\Program Files\Steema Software\TeeChart Pro v7 ActiveX Control\Examples\Visual Basic\TeeChartAXV7Demo (Default english installation path) you'll find features demo project with full sources. Could you please read the tutorial I mentioned, look at TeeChart's help file included with the installation and the demo project? If this is not enough please let us know which is your exact problem.

All functions are used in a very similar way. You shouldn't have any problem looking at the tutorials, help files and examples in the features demo. Which are the exact problems you are having?
