in a self stack how can we show the legend values as bottom axis labels ?

The only way I can think of doing this is using custom labels for the bottom axis. You'll find an example of this at All Features\Welcome!\Axes\Labels\Custom Labels in the features demo. The demo can be found at TeeChart's program group.
