Draw Line tool

Hi,
My chart has two vertical axes (Left and custom) and two series (one series for each axis). I enable draw line tool for series 1, if part of line intersect area series 2, then this part invisible - it's ok, but when I move mouse cursor over this invisble part, mouse cursor change style and I can change size and position this line. It's wrong.
