Dear Partner,
It has already been a week since we first posted Error Report on the 21st of Aug.
However, we haven’t heard any response from you yet.
As you might already know this have been quite serious concerns for us as one of our valued clients placed grievances as well as complaints regarding this matter for a long time ago.
The bottom line is that we’d appreciate it if you inform us of the progress or the current handling status of the raised matter.
We are also interested in purchasing paid technical support service policy if you offer such service.
