Access violation installing TeeChart7.ocx

Hi

I have been experiencing some problems with the ActiveX control downloading and installing on some machines. This only occurs when upgrade from a previous version of TeeChart7, In this case it was from 7.0.0.7 to 7.0.0.8. The error only occurs at the end of the installation, and if the browser window is closed and then re-open the control work fine as if the install was completed successfully.

Has anyone else seen this problem, and if so does Steema support have any ideas on how to stop this happening or what is causing the problem? I have experience the problem over several machines.

Hi Keynetix,

Could you please let us know the steps to reproduce the issue here? Did you previously uninstall v7.0.0.7? Which Operating System are you using?
