Problem to initialize a dialog based teechart application on

To Whom it may concern,

Hello,

We bought a teechart activex license last year and I installed on one computer and now I get a new computer so I uninstalled the license from the old one and installed teechart on the new computer. Then I got a problem with the teechart control. The problem is that I can not distribute my application with teechart on it because it fails to initialize on other's computer: The application I developed is like this: OS WindowXP, dialog based application with visual studio 6.0 in which teechart control is a major component. The application works fine on my own machine but when I install the application on some other machines, it failed to initialize. I know it is caused by teechart because if I get rid of the teechart, it works fine. I appreciate if anybody could help me resolve this problem.

Have you read Tutorial 18 - TeeChart runtime installation requirements? You can find the tutorials at TeeChart's program group.
