Client cannot see TeeChart.

Hi there,
I will appreciate any kind of suggestions here.
We have one specific client that cannot see the TeeChart. We are using TeeChart version 7.0.0.4. All client on the same network can see everything. this user is using internet explorer 6.0 + PS1. we already tried to lower the security setting and enable all restrictions on the internet explorer setting but without any success.
Any idea how can i debug it? Overcome this one?

Hi Benny,

Does your client receive any error message or what does he get when trying to open an application containing TeeChart?

User can acess all of the active x samples at microsoft site:

http://activex.microsoft.com/activex/activex/

But in our application it is freezing while page is loaded.

It means that internet explorer hangs, and we have to shut it down.

Hi,

which operating system is he using ?
It's strange..One thing he could is to uninstall it, download the latest v7.0.0.6 and install it again.

User has NT4 with internet explorer 6.0 (+ internet explorer service pack 1)

Hi Benny,

You can uninstall it using the "Uninstall" option at TeeChart's program group or unregistering TeeChart running:

regsvr32 -u InstallPath\TeeChart7.ocx

Download and install the new version using:

regsvr32 InstallPath\TeeChart7.ocx
