Problem with Brother printer

Hi,
I got a trouble when printing a chart on a Brother Laser Color HL-2700-CN, nothing is printed and the printer stays hooked with 'Autotest' on the display .... solution ?
Teechart ActiveX V7 , win XP pro

Hi JP,
Does it only happens when printing TeeChart on that printer? Does it also happens with other printers? Are you using the latest printer drivers available?

Hi, thanks for your answer.
Yes, there is no problem with the others printers from my app. The drivers are the last available... I don't get any problem from microsoft office, crystal report, Adobe ..;etc ... only from teechart.
There is probably a mistake in the init chain.. The printer hooks imediately.
This is a very new printer, I guess.

Hi,
this problem is most likely related to specific printer driver + operating system combination. I remember a customer who has similar problems, and I think he solved by using the PCL driver. You could try to use a different printer driver.
