Hello!

I am using both version 7,0,0,5 and 6,0,1,1.

I have faced with a problem which I haven't had before.

Program crashes when I use Tools -> Mark Tips.

I was able to reproduce this problem with the TeeFiles sample program. (A VC++ sample provided by TeeChart)

A test scenario is as follows...

1. Run TeeChart pro v7 ActiveX Control\Examples\Visual C++\Version6\TeeFiles program.

2. Double click on chart

3. Change to Bar Series on the editing dialog (other series too produce errors)

4. Tools->Mark Tips Add (*See MarkTips.jpg)

5. A mark tip is shown correctly but as soon as I move a mouse cursor outside of the chart window area, the program dies. (*See MarkTipsError.jpg)

This error occurred on both TeeChart v6 and v7.

We found that this function is used by many customers hence the complains are reported quite frequently.

If the problem is known to be a bug and will be fixed, we really would like to get a patch for both v6 and v7.

Like you already know that I am surrounded by a very intense atmosphere, a quick response is always appreciated.

I haven't been able to reproduce it here using our latest v6 and v7 builts. I've sent you those .ocx files so that you can try if they solve your problem.
