Debug Assertion Failed

Hi,
I include TeeChart AX in VC++ project. But on running is message throw:
"Debug Assertion Failed, winocc.cpp, line:345. Unknown software exception 0xB000003.
This message appears very seldom. Therefore tracing its very difficult. How it to make? What possible reason of this error?
