Is there an option for the legend to be word wrapped?
I'm using Teechart 6.

I haven't been able to reproduce what you say about legend disappearing when series title is too long using latest version available v7.0.05. Regarding word wrapping, it's not possible with the standard legend. You could create your own legend using Canvas methods as Rectangle, TextOut, etc. However, in that case you should output your text in several lines, controling it yourself, it wouldn't be real word wrapping.
