DAX Error when updating from 5.0 to 6.0

Hello,
OS is windows 2000.
Teechart 5.0 activeX control was initially installed on the PC.
When I tried to download the version 6.0, the error popped up and it said "DAX Error".
I would appreciate it a lot, if you would tell me the reason of this.
And, maybe the solution.

Hello there.
As you already know, the activeX control is distributed automatically in a cab file right?

I changed the teechart object tag so it designated the version 6 teechart cab file. And, opened the web page.

I saw the dialog box which said the new activeX control was about to be installed, then the next thing was the error message.

Have you followed the instructions in the "Upgrade from v5" document available at the TeeChart Pro v6 ActiveX program group?
