TeeChart lacks of very important notion of Null

Post by nefis » Fri Dec 19, 2003 11:53 am

Hello,

TeeChart lacks of very important notion of Null. The special value, which isn't showed in charts, which doesn't affects scaling and Max/Min calculations.
Now you can create hidden point but it's value will affect scale of chart and Mim/MaxVisibleValue functions will consider it (unvisible point!)
From my point of view it's weird to say less.

I seem to remember the Romans also had a problem with the concept of ZERO .

Hi Nefis,

thanks for letting us know. We'll make a note to have the Min/MaxVisibleValue ignore null values in a future update.

but it's not the only issue with Min/MaxVisible functions
