WAVE for bargraph!

Hello, I am a V6 user.
Let's say we have 2 values to put on a bar graph, 1 and 1000.
One of them would have a very tall bar while the other one would be so small, that you can barely see.
When I look at similar examples from the other places, they cut the x-axis, by showing the "wave" sign. So, both of them would have recognizable bar heights.
I was wondering, if you would know any way to show this in Tee-Chart.
