Smooth serie Convert from 6 to 7

Hi,
I upgraded my chart project from 6 to 7. I used the smooth function on a line that's going up to a certain maximum and is going back again thus the line draws a hysterese. The smooth in version 6 did show also after smoothing the hysterese. After upgrading to version 7 this is not the case anymore.
The smooth line connects the points of the up going line with the down going line so a zigzag line is drawn.
Could you tell me why this is? As I read you use now dynamic array, could this be the problem now?
