Label alignment for horizontal bar chart

I have a horizontal bar chart in which the labels on the left side are centered relative to each other, rather than right aligned. I'm sure there's a simple setting to fix this, but I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you seen the recently added MarksOnBar feature? Take a look at the example at "What's New ?\Welcome !\New in Series\Marks on Bar" in the features demo program included with the installation.
