Export Dialog - needs text modifications

The title of the Export Dialog dialog box is "Export Dialog". It should just be "Export".
On the Picture tab, it lists the formats almost like it's trying to convey a sentence rather than a list by using "as" in front of each format. The "as" should be removed.
