Hello,
When I want to put TChart & TeeCommander in en Excel Form , I received the error: 'Element not Found'.
I can add the components on the Excel worksheets. The samples provided also work, But for some reason I can not get Tchart on a MSForm in an Office application.
I'm using version 2010.0.03 and Office 2010 on Windows 7 (with administrator rights)

Can you help me out?

regards,
Jurgen

Hello Jurgen,

Can you add another ActiveX control in the same form where TChart fails?
If yes, can you please attach that simple example here?

Hello Yeray ,
Thanks for looking at my issue.
I can add other controls to that form, such as a simple commandbutton, but also a Windows Browser or Adobe Reader control.
I receive the error when adding a TChart, a TeeCommander etc to the form.
I can add a TChart in the worksheet.
sample workbook added in attachment. An .xlsm file was refused so I put it in a zip.

regards,
Jurgen

Hello Jurgen,

Excuse us for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the worksheet example (that works fine) but we'd need the MSForms application example. I'm not an office expert and I'm not sure about what exactly is.

Hello,
With MSForms I just mean the UserForms you can add/create in Excel or any other MS Office Application.
Steps to make sure we are talking about the same:
* open Excel
* press ALT F11 to open the Visual Basic Editor
* In the menu , select Insert | UserForm
* On this Form, I can add the usual MS Form Objects (buttons etc), other objects as browser, pdf. But not a TChart
note: I did add a reference to TeeChart ActiveX Object Library

regards,
Jurgen

Hello Jurgen,

Thanks for the steps. I could add a chart to the UserForm without problems.
