Hi.

I'm using XML load data method in TChart Ax 8.0.0.8 , but i'm facing problems with some customers.

In my computers with Windows 7 32 or 64bits and IE 8 it works fine, but in my customers computers don't. They have the same configuration and Windows 7 too.

I'm trying to figure out this problem, but i need some help.

I already tried:

- Disable Firewall
- Disable Anti-vírus
- Run browser as administrator.
- Check if all components was installed.

Can be a Regional Settings problem?

Yes, it could be related to regional settings. Note that the decimal separator character is defined in the regional settings. Please, check if your customers have the same decimal separator (check also the ThousandSeparator).
Does a chart without data, or with simplified data load fine in the problematic computers?
