Hi,
We have been using version 6.0.0.6 without issues for some year.
Now we acquired new HP printers and installed latest driver.
Our plots now are blank but axis are ok.
Is there anyting we can do?
Could you let us now if the latest version will get rid of this bug.
Any hint...

Hi linkam,

We have also experienced this with some HP printers. I'm afraid there's little we can do here. Some suggestion can be found on this thread. If you are already using latest printer drivers, an option could be downgrading them to see if an old version solves the issue.

Is this problem the same for any version of teecharts activeX?

Yes, AFAIK it has nothing to do with TeeChart.
