Chinese / unicode support in ActiveX version 7.0.1.4

We are running ActiveX version 7.0.1.4 and need support for Chinese characters using the ActiveX control and the editor. On a Chinese operating system I can run our product and view chinese characters in the charts on a browser set to Chinese language only if we are creating images to insert into our ages, but not if we use the ActiveX. Do we need a specific patch or alternate version? If so, where do I get it? Otherwise, am I doing something wrong?

Hi cwdave,

Are you using TeeChart's unicode version? Otherwise you should do as Yeray explained here.

Hope this helps!

Hello, I could not find the unicode version of the ActiveX for 7.0.1.4 from the client download area as directed to in the referred to posting.

Can you please provide a direct link to the download?

Thanks.

Hi cwdave,

I'm sorry but I can not post product direct download links in a public forum. Anyway, I can see unicode version installers in TeeChart Pro v7 ActiveX download page. They are right below the standard and English installers as you can see in the image below.

The readme notes from TeeChartAX7Unicode.exe say this is a "Test version only. Not recommended for production use". Is there another version for production?

Thanks.

Hi SVMan,

This must be an error. You can use this version for production purposes too.
