We found the same error message in the following scenario:
- HTML page with just one TChart ActiveX object to show.
- open several (i.e. 5) Pages in MS-Internet Explorer (child windows; same process)
no data or properties are set, so the object will show just the blank rectangle
- arrange the windows, so that the "blank rectangles" will overlap
- drag one of the window over the others, that means keep dragging so that the sometimes hidden portions of TChart will repaint again.
- after some seconds the repaint process of one (or more windows) stop and the error message "Out of system resources" will pop up many times. Usually we kill the IE process to get rid of them.
