Panel color being ignored

TcAx 2010.0.0.3, host env: PowerBuilder 11.5.1, mixed OS: Win 2000/XP/7.

We recently upgraded to TcAx 2010 and it seems that the background colour property of the panel is being ignored. Gradient is turned off, and no matter what colour is set (either in code or via the Chart > Panel > Color tab in the chart editor) the panel always appears white. The only way to set another colour is to turn on a gradient but use the same colour as the start and end colours.

Is this a known issue? Am I missing some other overriding property of the panel?

I could reproduce your problem and I have added your request in bug list with number [TA05015459]. We will try to fix it to next maintenance releases of TeeChart Activex.
