Export to jpeg, bmp, png: Anti-Alias & Filters are lost!

Post by ratsche » Tue Apr 28, 2009 1:55 pm

Hello Steema!

I'm using TeeChart 8.0.0.5. with VB6. (and i really like it, but:)

When i draw a chart, the results look great: the curves (scLine) are smooth and soften (using the anti-alias tool)...

But when exporting the chart to an jpeg (png,bmp,...),
the anti-alias tools (and filters, for example "gammacorrection") are lost, the lines are not longer smooth and the Chart looks like stone-age-ms-chart. ;-)

Have i overlooked something? I hope so, because i need the picture in a catalogue - and with not-smoothed lines they are not very nice...

thank you,

best regards -

Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

I'm afraid that's a known bug already in the wish list (TV52013668). The Antialias tool doesn't seem to work fine in exports.

Hi Sebastian,

I'm afraid I can't promise you anything. But it's in high priority, so it's expected to be revised.
