v7 Pie Chart Aneurysm

I have struggled with the pie chart for a whole day. What's up with all the white-space? Even if I set the top margin of the chart to 0 I end up with a huge gap between the top of the chart panel and the top of the pie.

I have a similar problem with the legend. Which somehow seems to bottom align or something? If there are two slices in the pie I end up with acres of space between the pie and the legend (I have the legen box below). As more slices are added the top row of the legend box moves closer to the pie.

I tried moving the legend box using a point below the pie determined by using .ycenter + (.yradius/2). But when the legend box moved up, the whole pie moved down!

Is there some way to take proper control of plotting a pie chart? I want to draw the pie at the very top of the panel with no white space at all. I then want the legend box to start just below the pie.

Any help will be appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure about what you are trying to achieve. However you may be interested in the All Features\Welcome!\Chart Styles\Pie\Multiple Pies example at the features demo, available at TeeChart's program group.

Regarding the legend, you could set it to a custom position as shown here.

If the problem persists please send us a simple example project we can run "as-is" to reproduce the problem here.
