chart color when grayscale printing is used

Hello,

pls, could anybody help with printing teechart AX used on webpage?

When I choose print preview it looks ok, but if I use
b/w printer it is converted to grayscale very strange:
blue chart line is converted ok, but red line color is converted to white - so
invisible when white background is used... why this happens?

if I use color printer - then it is printed 'correctly' in grayscale - but without colors ...
