Qestion: How can I change or delete already created canvas objects?

Hi Hugh,

I'm afraid the only solution is repainting the chart drawing the objects you want again.

Thanks - thats what I expected but not hoped to be true...

I'm getting more and more dissapointed in T-chart with all its shortcommings and bugs - Is there a difference in functionality between the activeX - and the dotNet version?

Hi Hugh,

There's no much difference in functionality between the ActiveX and .NET versions.

The main differences are:

TeeChart for .NET can't be used as a live object in web applications as the TeeChart ActiveX version. The .NET version is rendered server-side an displayed as an image at the client. However, some interactivity can also be achieved as you can see in the live ASP.NET demo, specially in the Interacting with Charts. Full demo project is also included with TeeChart for .NET installation.

TeeChart for .NET can be optionally purchased with 100% source code.

At the present moment TeeChart for .NET offers some rendering advantages compared to the ActiveX version as you can appreciate in our gallery where most charts are created using the .NET version.
