stairs chart - sensitivity of _OnMouseMove event

Hello,

Is it possible to increase sensitivity of _OnMouseMove event
when stairs chart is used?

It is sensible (this event catch some chart index) only on
very short left part of each stair

...I am sending my example through upload page as stairs.zip

Thanks for the example project. I've been able to reproduce the issue here and added it to our wish-list to be enhanced for future releases.
