TeeChart5 fails to register on client's machine

Hi,

Our product uses TeeChart5 as plotting tool. On the client's XP prof. machine, TeeChart5.ocx some how fails to register. The error message received is

"DllRegisterServer in TeeChart5.ocx failed. Return code was: 0x80004005."

Any idea on what is the reason for this error? How can I fix this?

Hi Suru,

maybe you'vd a corrupted or incorrect registry entry or a corrupted teechart5.ocx file.I suggest the you unregister your present teechart5.ocx and then download a fresh one from:

http://www.steema.com/downloads/client_access.html
