Catastrofic Failure

I am facing a problem with your activex TeeChart Pro ActiveX 6.0 version.
i have a site where about 9 to 12 the chart is working normaly, after 12 PM where the server load is in high levels i get the error

error '8000ffff'
Catastrophic failure

and this error happens at
Response.Binarywrite Chart.Export.asPNG.SaveToStream.

After 4- 5 PM where the server load is at low levels everything is back to normal .

Please Help me out .
Whats going on .

i am using ASP 3.0

it's very difficult to know which the problem is without being able to reproduce it here. Would you be so kind to post an example with which we can reproduce as is the problem here ? You can post it at http://www.steema.net/steema.public.attachments newsgroup.
