Problem Paste Teechart on PowerPoint

I am use teechart for present on powerpoint.
I paste 3 teechart per slide and I add slide over 20 slide or i open file ppt
I found error and show

Microsoft Office Powerpoint has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconcenience

if you were in the middle of something,the information you were working on might be lost

I am use ppt2003 and window xp cpu celeron 1.4 ram DDR ram 712 MB
