I ended up doing an uninstall/install and seems to work Ok now.

Windows 10 Delphi Seattle Latest TeeChart When I try and select the Facts theme for a chart I get an access violation: Access Violation at address 24343B01 in module 'Tee923.BPL' Read of address 000000A9.
