They all point to the Steema folder as you can see... and I have rendering problems as noted in post made a few moments ago...

Pie charts did display correctly with standard TeeChart that was shipped with and compiled with Delphi 2009. Pie charts do not display correctly after updating Delphi RAD XE2 to TeeChartStandard v2012 and upgrading project from Delphi 2009 to Delphi RAD XE2

So I should only have:
TeeChart Standard 2012 FMI Components and
TeeChart Standard 2012 FMX Components checked
and
TeeChart Standard 2012 Components unchecked?

I too am unable to install. Just purchased and down loaded, tried to install and received the message: Cannot load package 'Tee916.'
