Re: Japanese Localization
Hi Yeray, I work with Arieh for the same product. I tested with the latest Build 2011.0.0.5. Some of the issues are fixed but some still exist. I attached the snapshot of the left issues. We plan to fix the issue in our current release. Can you provide a hot fix for us? If yes, when can we get it? T...

Hi,
as you suggested I contacted info@steema.com last Thursday, asking for a new OCX.
But not received yet, please try again.
Thanks
Jürgen

Re: Message Box popup when errors
Hi Yeray,
Thanks for the reply. The Silent property that you mention looks like it may work when the message box is client side.
It doesn't help our critical issue, which is when the message box is server side.
Arieh

Re: Message Box popup when errors
I am using a TeeChart2010.ocx (v3) on the client browser, and using C++ calling COM (TeeChart::TChart) on the server. The message message box errors sporadically occur on the client, and may occur on the server. It is difficult to describe the scenario(s) that cause a message box error. However my q...

Message Box popup when errors
Hi,
If there is a crash or error in the chart, then a message box popup occurs.
How do you configure it so that message box error popups do not occur popup - but are rather written to event log or something that does not require user interaction?

The message described was found via WinDbg.
Could we get a copy of the symbols (.pdb) file for TeeChart.dll or TeeChart2010.ocx
and then we could provide you with a call stack for the error

Re: Header text border too small
The issue occurs on a Windows 7 64 bit browser with 2010.0.0.3 of the ocx installed. I tried with a different machine with the similar specs and it worked fine, so I'm not sure it is 64 bit related. However the following line of code refreshes the font size, and causes the border with to be displaye...

Re: Header text border too small
Hi, The problem occurs when the operating system hosting the browser is 64 bit. It shows the header correctly in Windows 7 (32 bit), but incorrectly in Windows 7 (64 bit). The example with test_header.zip shows the header correctly even within 64 bit. Attached is a zip of a tee file that shows the h...

Re: Header text border too small
I tried to reproduce this scenario on multiple machines. It occurs specifically when the operating system of the client browser with the TeeChart2010.ocx is Windows7. (It works if the operating system of the client browser with the TeeChart2010.ocx is XPSP3, or Windows 2008 Server). The following fa...

Re: Localization problem: New point in series
Because I'm using VisualStudio2008 I couldn't load your solution. But I created a new project, imported the tee-file at design time and copied your code. The problem still exists!!! Please make a suggestion, how to continue to solve my problem. Do you need more details? Here is the exact build versi...

Japanese Localization
Hi,
TeeChart v2010.0.0.3 reveals several untranslated expressions evenly spread across the editor, one example attached.
Does the next TeeChart version support a complete Japanese translation?
When will this version be available?
Thanks
Jürgen
